Everrheart may process information in different capacities depending on the circumstances.

The customer determines which information it submits to Everrheart and how the Services are configured.
As between Everrheart and the customer, customers retain their rights in Customer Data.

We may separately collect information necessary to operate our business, maintain customer relationships, administer accounts, secure our systems, improve our Services, and communicate with users.
This may include account information, billing information, business contact information, website activity, support communications, and service usage information.

Depending on how you interact with Everrheart, we may collect the following categories of information.
